Privacy Policy

The only personal information we will collect about you is that which you voluntarily disclose in order for us to complete and deliver your order. We will not use this information for any other purpose and will not disclose this data to any other organisation (with the exception of UK law enforcement officers in possession of a valid court order).

Terms & Conditions

All our designs are hand finished; therefore we keep a limited stock with most items being made to order. If items are in stock we aim to complete your order within 5 to 10 days of receipt of payment. [Personalised designs and commissions are time specific and this is agreed when order is placed.] If you do not specify a preference where there is more than one colour choice as an option, then any colour will be allocated and dispatched to you.

If the order cannot be completed within 5 to 10 days or by a time agreed, or if we are unable for any reason to process your order we will notify you as soon as possible.

Payment can be made via the PayPal shopping cart. All payments will be cleared before dispatch of goods. If you change your mind about your order you have 3 days from the date of receipt of your order to cancel; to do this please e-mail or phone us. Personalised and all made to order items can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours following placement of order. We reserve the right to charge for the cost of the product should it be cancelled after the 24 hours.

Once you have received your order, if you are not happy with your purchase from Our Little Craft Company for any reason then send it back to us within 28 days of purchase and we will refund your payment without question as long as the item(s) have not been used or damaged. All personalised items are made to order and for this reason are non-returnable unless faulty. All Handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with fabric and product may vary slightly from product photographs and as such are not considered to be faulty.

Shipping charges on returned goods are at the customer's expense and we recommend recorded delivery as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.

If you would like to send an Our Little Craft Company creation to someone as a gift we are happy to send items to a different address, but we will still need your address so that we can send you the payment receipt.
